Boldt Castle, Alexandria Bay, New York
| Bolt Castle is on Heart Island and was owned by Mr Bolt who owned the Waldorf Astoria Hotel. A rich man he bought the island and started building the castle to give to his wife for a Valentine's Day present. She died before the place was complete and he just had every one stop and walk off. Now a foundation is restoring and displaying the property. A visit worth the time. Below are just a few pictures. | |
