The To Do list is amazing.  It keeps me busy and grows daily as I read and plan.  All of the items I am trying to get done for the cruise are not listed here ... the easy ones I just do when I realize they must be done ... but a representative sample of the major ones are included here.

Survey the boat to ensure basic structure and equipment is sound January 2004
Install fresh water wash down system for the anchor and install extra water tank to make total of 170 gallons onboard. May 2004
Obtain paper charts of the cruise area January 2005
Obtain electronic charts of the cruise area October 2004 for east coast
Update North Star 951 GPS to accept XL electronic charts October 2004
Install fresh water lines to heads so water clear in heads for trip. June 2004
Order spare parts (filters, etc) and store onboard March 2005
Check and replace as necessary all rubber hoses June 2004
Perform maintenance on dinghy and its handling system February 2005
Fix cockpit window so it does not leak in heavy rain and wind October 2004
Purchase stowage locker for tools and fill with proper tools for trip March 2005
Install inverter and golf cart batteries to run minor electronic appliances February 2005
Purchase repair kit for rubber dinghy September 2004
Haul and ensure spare propellers fit on shaft.  Obtain tools to replace propellers so diver could replace underwater if necessary Planned for May 2005 on trip
Determine and procure fenders or cover for fenders to be used during movement through locks Decided to use old ones onboard
Finalize insurance and obtain passport February 2005
